Tip Tidbit
Hi guys!
This is a new idea for the meditation blog called, “Tip Tidbit”. Here, I will post small, helpful tips that I’ve learned from Headspace to implement in my life.
So, here we go!
Today’s Tip Tidbit: Every time you go from standing to sitting or sitting to standing, acknowledge it and really think about the action you are doing.
This helped me because I sit down and stand up multiple times everyday, without really thinking about it. It’s a habit, something I naturally do. By noticing it, I am able to be present and really aware of what I am doing in that moment.
